With incoming winter weather and the potential of significant snow accumulations, the Association would like to remind you of snow related information.
Eagle Ranch's contractors will begin service when three (3) or more inches of un-drifted snow accumulates on sidewalks.
The Town of Eagle provides snow removal services on all roadways. Please contact the Public Works Department at 970-328-6678 for any questions or concerns.
The Eagle Police Department is looking forward to cooperation from all of the residents in the Eagle Ranch Village Homes area to comply with the Town's Ordinance regarding the parking of vehicles on the street during a snow event. The law is specific and self -explanatory; however should you have any questions you may call 970-479-2200 and ask to speak to an officer with Eagle Police Department.
The below restrictions are in effect if two (2) or more inches of un-drifted snow accumulates and is in effect for seventy-two (72) hours after the snowfall ends.
-
No parking on the odd-numbered side of the street on odd calendar days and there is no parking on the even side of the street on even calendar days.
-
Restrictions are in place from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.
All of the streets in the Eagle Ranch Neighborhood District are designated Emergency Snow Routes except Capitol Street. Further, all Emergency Snow Routes follow the odd/even schedule except for Eagle Ranch Road south of Sylvan Lake Road (by the Brush Creek Elementary School). For this section, no parking is allowed on either side of the street during snow events.
Residents that live in the following neighborhoods should contact the sub-association with any questions or concerns. Sub-associations are responsible for snow removal from sidewalks and alley's.

Eagle Ranch Community Standards:
Resident Guide
In the summer of 2025, the Eagle Ranch Executive Board formed the Eagle Ranch Covenant Education Committee. Committee goals included:
-
Communicate Association rules and regulations to homeowners and residents in a simple and easily understandable format.
-
Summarize the Association's governing documents, especially when it comes to frequently discussed topics.
-
Clarify areas of ambiguity within the governing documents.
The “Eagle Ranch Community Standards” document presents a clear and simplified summary of the Eagle Ranch CC&R’s with supplemental links to all pertinent documents.
Management and the Covenant Education Committee will be developing and implementing a communication and marketing plan in 2026 to aid in resident education on these matters.
