Village Homes Alleyways

Village Homes Residents,

Please be advised that seal coating operations within the Village Homes alleyways are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, weather permitting.

Please see the attached phasing plan outlining the color-coded sections, corresponding work dates, and anticipated timeframes for each area.

The current anticipated schedule is as follows:

  • Green Sections – June 2, 2026

  • Blue Sections – June 3, 2026

  • Red Sections – June 4, 2026

  • June 5, 2026 – Float day reserved for any necessary touch-up or additional work

Please note:

  • Each section will be closed for approximately 24 hours while work is being completed and curing occurs.

  • All entrances to active work zones will be coned off and temporarily inaccessible during the closure period.

  • Residents are kindly asked to plan vehicle access accordingly and avoid driving through barricaded areas.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as these maintenance improvements are completed. The work is intended to help preserve the alleyways and extend the life of the pavement surfaces throughout the Village Homes neighborhood.

If you have any questions or need assistance during the project, please feel free to contact management.

Invasive Weeds

Spring brings not only the blooms and greenery we welcome, but also the emergence of noxious and invasive weeds.  One of the most problematic species for Eagle Ranch is Hoary Cress, commonly known as Whitetop.
